​The verification of an organization’s Carbon Footprint (CFO) is highly important in building credibility and confidence in the organization’s greenhouse gas emission data. Verification ensures that the data collected and calculated is accurate, complete, and consistent with international standards. It also enables organizations to clearly assess their environmental situation, which serves as a basis for planning and setting effective greenhouse gas reduction targets. In addition, verification plays a vital role in complying with environmental requirements, laws, and policies, while also enhancing the organization’s image as being socially and environmentally responsible.
